An architecture-stage engagement: designing a hotel-booking system to integrate with the RMS, PMS, and GDS frameworks the industry runs on — building inside established hospitality-tech standards rather than around them.

Context

The hospitality industry runs on established RMS, PMS, and GDS frameworks. A new hotel-booking system has to integrate with those legacy standards, not work around them.

Approach

Embedded as lead architect, designing the system architecture to sit inside the existing RMS, PMS, and GDS frameworks the industry runs on — building within established, legacy hospitality-tech standards rather than replacing them.

Status

In active development. This is an architecture-stage engagement; outcome and adoption will follow once the platform is in production.
