Context

The company ran a human-mediated talent-matching service and was being absorbed into a larger parent’s legacy infrastructure during an acquisition — an environment with an existing production codebase and a live user base, not a greenfield build.

Approach

Embedded with the engineering team to rebuild the service into a self-serve, AI-driven recruiter workflow, integrating across every core system: the talent network, recruiter pipeline, hiring flow, and existing client base. The work built primarily on top of the existing production codebase and live users.

Outcome
